next to a picturesque river, not far from the town of Takua Pa, north of Khao Lak in Thailand. The houses are built
around a central park area featuring a communal pool accessible to residents of
The Riverside, their relatives and friends only.
All houses are sold off plan
and are available in two sizes/variations. The Riverside is for westerners who
expect a home built to western standards in a safe and quiet, yet accessable environment. For a better idea of where

Reservations require a 10% deposit on the day of signing the contract, 15% are required on breaking ground
and subsequent payments follow as the construction progresses.
You will receive photos of the construction
status of your dream home on a regular basis by email, enabling you to monitor the progress first hand.
